Our returns policy
Non personalised items
All books must be returned unused and in the original packaging.
We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
UK and international postage must be paid for by the buyer. Return postage is not refundable. The buyer is responsible for all costs incurred in returning products.
You must cancel within 7 days from the date of receipt of the item. Please let us know by email if you wish to cancel. Returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition within 14 days of your order date.
The provision of goods and services is subject to availability.
Refunds will be given upon receipt of the book (excluding the original postage cost).
Personalised/bespoke items
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on personalised by name or photo/logo books.
